If you are an independent consultant specializing in management development you may be interested in exploring the MAP/Excel Program solution for your clients.
Consultant Members can:
- Manage/coordinate a MAP assessment roll-out
- Debrief MAP assessment results in group format or with individual coaching
- Recommend development strategy based on MAP2 results
- Lead Excel2 classroom competency training modules
- Customize Excel2 classroom competency training modules
- Train their clients internal staff to manage and deliver MAP assessments and training
The publisher can fill any of these roles at the consultant’s option. Training/certification is provided by the publisher to qualifying consultants.
